Restoration Builders acquires Built Strong Exteriors

Restoration Builders Inc., Phoenix, has announced that it has completed an asset purchase agreement to officially acquire Oakdale, Minnesota-based BuiltStrong Exteriors LLC.

According to Restoration Builders, the company has been developing a network of U.S.-based licensed contractors and other industry-related companies to capitalize on the $210 billion insurance restoration industry—a goal which the acquisition supports.

Built Strong has reported $34 million in revenue during the past three years, according to Restoration Builders.
