Urraco Evo mobile twin-shaft shredders

Austria-based Lindner Recyclingtech now offers the Urraco Evo line of mobile twin-shaft shredders. The equipment maker says its new shredders, available in four models, can handle size reduction tasks for wood, plastics, aluminum and other metal scrap and mixed waste streams. Key features include:

  • a hydrostatic drive system and extensive shaft configurations to allow for increased input materials flexibility
  • new fast exchange system with a skyflap to complete cutting unit change in less than two hours
  • a ferrous metal separator, water sprinkling system and fire extinguishing system
  • proven Lindner technology plus modular design with robust construction

Finlay 693 and 694 inclined screens

New inclined screen models from Finlay, a brand of Northern Ireland-based Terex Corp., feature high-energy screen boxes designed to process materials in quarrying, aggregates, sand and gravel, wood chip and topsoil applications. Each screen includes a large hopper with variable speed belt feeder, optional remote tipping or double-deck vibrating grid and a hydraulics system. Key features include:

  • simplified folding mechanisms and extra-wide manual catwalks
  • a two-deck screen box that features a 20-foot-by-5-foot top deck and an 18-foot-by-5-foot for the 693 model
  • a triple-deck configuration, offering two 20-foot-by-5-foot decks on the top and in the middle, plus an 18-foot-by-5-foot deck on the bottom for the 694 model
  • a rinser screen box option for the 694 model to increase its versatility in wet applications

The Complete Conveyor Solutions business unit of Nazareth, Pennsylvania-based ASGCO says its new Grip-Trac Rubber Tru-Trainer Conveyor Belt Tracking Idlers are engineered to enhance tracking for bulk material handling applications and enhance efficiency, safety and productivity. Key features include:

  • new molded rubber design
  • durability for applications in mining, aggregate and heavy industrial applications
  • arrowhead configuration on the outer ends of the rolls and on the inner ribs to reduce slippage and increase grip in wet conditions
