KPI-JCI Introduces the Duplex3 Plant

KPI-JCI, Yankton, S.D., has introduced the Duplex3 plant. The Duplex3 consists of a 36-foot by 14-inch vibrating grizzly feeder, a 2036 jaw crusher, a 1200LS or K200+ cone crusher and 5163-24SI incline screen.The new plant was highlighted, along with the GT145S screen, at the Astec Aggregate and Mining Group (AAMG) International Dealer Event in Miami Oct. 11-14, 2010. The AAMG event hosts the group’s International dealers for education, networking and an awards banquet.

Mike Johnson, vice president of sales and marketing for KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens, says, “This plant is for producers out there that don’t have a high capacity requirement but need multiple levels of reduction. The Duplex3 eliminates their need to have machines in multiple loads and allows them to be extremely portable.”

The Duplex3 allows producers to get two phases of reduction and to produce three separate crushed products while feeding material up to 16 inches in size.
