Lippmann expands agreement with Maverick in Great Lakes region

Lippmann, a Cudahy, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of crushing, screening and stacking equipment, has expanded and extended its dealership arrangement with Maverick Environmental Equipment, with Maverick now providing Lippmann with full dealer coverage in Michigan and Ohio.

Maverick, based in Alma, Michigan, carries the Lippmann product line at its dealership in Perris, California.

According to Lippmann, the expanded arrangement enhances its presence in two high-demand regions so customers in the aggregate, recycling and mining industries can have direct access to its crushing equipment, parts inventory, service and support.

“Maverick has been a trusted partner for many years, and we’re excited to expand our geographic footprint, equipment offerings and service coverage with them in these key regions,” says John Megarry, Lippmann’s commercial product and sales director. “Their proven track record of delivering exceptional value, paired with Lippmann’s industry-leading equipment, will provide customers in Michigan and Ohio with the unmatched machinery and support they need to succeed.”

Maverick is an equipment dealer of aggregate processing, recycling and environmental equipment, parts, attachments and services. On its website, Maverick lists Eagle Crusher, Morbark, Doppstadt, McCloskey and several other brands as companies it carries equipment for in addition to Lippmann.

“We are excited to build upon Maverick’s success with the Lippmann brand in California and bring that same level of performance to Michigan and Ohio,” says John O’Neill, CEO and managing partner at Maverick Environmental.

“With the Lippmann brand comes its people, and we are fortunate enough to bring a true Lippmann expert on board with the addition of Maurice Holly to our team. He has a wealth of experience with Lippmann and is a critically important part of our continued success in providing Lippmann equipment, parts and service,” O’Neill adds.

Lippmann says it has worked closely with Maverick to build a relationship through a mutual dedication to trust, service and a shared focus on delivering value to their customers.

With the expansion, customers in Michigan and Ohio will have access to Lippmann’s full line of crushing, screening, stacking and specialty equipment supported by Maverick’s team of service technicians and its parts network.

For more than 100 years, Lippmann has been designing and manufacturing aggregates processing equipment. These include jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers, vibrating grizzly feeders and ancillary products.

Ohio Magnetics moves to speed shipment times

Ohio Magnetics has launched its Rapid-Ship Program for two sizes of Super Loadstar lifting magnets, with the program designed to enable shipping of the two models in one to five days.

The company, which is a business unit of Dublin, Ohio-based HBD Industries Inc., says the new stocking program has been designed to dramatically improve delivery speed and customer satisfaction.

The inventory and shipping initiative is being applied to 48- and 58-inch Super Loadstar lifting magnets. The company designs and manufactures the product line at its facility in Maple Heights, Ohio.

Super Loadstar magnets are designed with heavy-duty cast case construction for scrap handling applications, according to Ohio Magnetics. The firm says the magnets have a lifting capacity that ranges from 2,200-3,240 pounds.

“This new stocking program allows us to respond faster to customer needs, reducing wait times,” says Kevin Sullivan, sales manager of Ohio Magnetics. “This means our customers can begin using the equipment immediately, lifting more to achieve greater efficiency from day one. These magnets deliver a significant performance edge, offering between 220-415 pounds more lifting capacity than comparable models on the market.”

Ohio Magnetics says it provides magnets that deliver lasting performance and comprehensive technical and repair services, along with expert guidance on proper use and handling.

“Our manufacturing teams are working in lockstep to keep inventory levels maintained for these magnets,” says Jim Feaster, Ohio Magnetics’ plant manager. “This ensures we can ship quickly to meet urgent customer needs and help reduce their operational downtime.”

Engcon, a Sweden-based provider of Tiltrotator technology, has integrated its Tiltrotator products with two new Develon excavator models, the DX230LC-9 and DX260LC-9.

The new 9 Series excavators made by Develon, a brand of South Korea-based HD Hyundai Infracore, can be delivered Tiltrotator-ready.

In the United States, Develon operates from Suwanee, Georgia.

The factory-installed excavator option ensures a straightforward and time-efficient installation of Engcon DC3 Tiltrotators, significantly reducing the need for complex retrofitting, according to the equipment maker.

“Tiltrotator-ready excavators allow fleets to easily equip or interchange Tiltrotators as needed, maximizing machine flexibility and utilization while simplifying fleet management,” Engcon says. “End users renting these machines benefit from immediate access to Tiltrotator functionality, enabling higher productivity and efficiency from day one.”

The firm says the partnership reflects a broader industry shift toward manufacturer and provider collaboration, ensuring machines deliver efficiency and productivity.

Engcon, which has a U.S. office in High Point, North Carolina, describes its Tiltorotator as a flexible wrist between the arm of the excavator and its attachments that enables an excavator to rotate a bucket or other attachment 360 degrees and tilt it up to 45 degrees.

“This collaboration with Develon allows us to provide a more advanced and integrated solution for our end customers while delivering a simplified installation process for our dealers and rental partners,” says Sam Ryan, global original equipment manufacturer manager at Engcon. “By ensuring the Develon 9 series excavators are Tiltrotator-ready, we make it easier than ever to adopt Tiltrotator technology on a global scale.”
