Ring Power Corp., a Caterpillar dealer that services, rents and sells construction, demolition, scrap, paving and material equipment based in St. Augustine, Florida, and Company Wrench, a Carroll, Ohio-based company that manufactures, sells and rents equipment at nine U.S. facilities, including Lakeland, Florida, have signed a partnership agreement that the companies say will position them to better serve the scrap and demolition markets in the state of Florida.
Company Wrench will standardize Cat excavators in their Florida rental fleet, and Ring Power will provide sales coverage, parts and service support and rental opportunities through 13 branch locations in Florida. In addition, Ring Power customers will have access to other products represented by Company Wrench such as Fuchs Material Handlers, Fecon Mulchers, Bandit whole tree chippers, Prinoth tracked utility vehicles, LaBounty attachments and crushing and screening equipment.
According to senior managers at both companies, combining their product lines, strengths and expertise will provide industry leading options and product support for customers in Florida.
