Self-dumping material handling hoppers fabricated by Iron Bull Manufacturing, a new company based in Marshall, Indiana, are equipped with what the company calls “a proprietary Positive Alignment System featuring a tapered slide box with expanded clearance angles for fast, accurate entry of forklift truck forks into [the] hopper base channels.”
Iron Bull says it is offering full refund guarantees for the hoppers.
“Tapered angles make the operator’s job easier, allowing insertion of forks into enlarged base channel entry spaces on the first try, eliminating time-consuming lift truck maneuvering and manual corrections of fork heights,” says Emanuel King, Iron Bull CEO. “They also help prevent dings and dents to hoppers that are caused by up or down fork misalignment.”
Iron Bull produces three series of hoppers known as Economy Bull, Baby Bull and Big Bull. The hoppers have weight capacities ranging from 1,500 pounds to 6,000 pounds and capacities ranging from one-third of a cubic yard to 2.5 cubic yards.
Iron Bull says its line of hoppers is “engineered with structural integrity for rugged, long-term service [and] are strengthened by wrap-around welded lips on back corners and gussets welded into front corners.”
Adds King, “Iron Bull hoppers are among the toughest and most durable in the industry, built to perform reliably for many years in the most demanding environments, from receiving and transporting heavy loads of steel and wood in factories, to receiving and discharging construction debris at job sites, to picking up trash at apartment complexes.”
Prices on Iron Bull Material Handling Hoppers range from $597 for the smallest Economy Bull to $1,597 for the largest Big Bull.
