The Department of Community Development and Code Enforcement in Duncan, Oklahoma, is asking bonded and insured demolition contractors to pick up a bid packet tied to the demolition of “several structures.”
An online article from the Duncan Banner indicates multiple properties in that south central Oklahoma city have recently been declared as “common nuisances to the general public.”
The bid packets can be picked up by qualified contractors so they can be completed and returned for a sealed bid process by Tuesday, April 19.
Contractors with questions on the process can find contact information for the Community Development Department on this web page.
