. The company, headquartered in Middlesboro, Kentucky, is part of Charlotte-based equipment company Wastequip
’s mobile products division.
In addition to operating repair, installation and parts facilities in Ohio, Kentucky, Texas and Massachusetts, Mountain Tarp has a dealer network that spans the United States, the company says.
Mountain Tarp says its revamped website guides users to the best solutions for specific tarping applications with detailed product information and resources. Users can access the company’s product features, news, installation and operations manuals, as well as product literature and videos.
In addition, the website includes tools that enable customers to accomplish the following:
- quickly submit a quote request;
- request additional product information;
- find an installation or repair facility;
- locate parts by part number or description;
- access technical support; and
- contact the customer support team.
The site also has a Go to Parts
e-commerce site link that can help customers locate and purchase OEM (original equipment manufacturers) and aftermarket parts for Mountain Tarp products, the company explains. Go to Parts is a single-source supplier of aftermarket parts, and can provide a range of items that are available with same-day shipping, expedited delivery and competitive freight rates, according to the company.
“We created the site to give end users detailed product information in an easy-to-follow format,” says John Defenbaugh, mobile products division president for Wastequip. “We’re confident we created a website that is compatible across a wide range of browsers and mobile devices.”
He adds, “In addition to our network of local parts, service and installation branches, our customers now have access to best-in-class images, features, literature and support systems for Mountain Tarp products.”
Wastequip’s mobile products division includes products from Galbreath, Mountain Tarp, Pioneer and Cusco. The mobile division includes nine manufacturing and installation facilities in the United States and Canada.
