Dale Walker joins CP with 30 years’ industry experience.

The CP Group, headquartered in San Diego, has announced that Dale Walker has joined the company as a sales engineer.
 
Walker has an extensive background in shredding material to produce a product or fuel, along with biodrying and material handling experience. He brings 30 years of experience and expertise to the CP Group. 
 
Walker says, “It is an honor and a privilege to be on the CP Team. I have always seen CP as the leader in the recycling market and leading the way in new technology in MRF [material recovery facility] systems. CP makes the cross over from recycling to waste to energy seamlessly.”
 
Dirk Kantak, CP Group director of sales, adds, “Dale brings extensive system knowledge and a global perspective in the waste-to-energy field. That knowledge and experience will strengthen the value we bring to our customer solutions and system designs. We are excited to have Dale join our team as we move forward in this growing market.”
 
In his previous position with a large international equipment manufacturer, Walker most recently assisted the sales department by designing systems per the customers’ demands and helped in the sales process.
 
“The waste industry is looking to find avenues for the waste materials that have no recycling value and this is a large market. CP is already set up for this and is ideally positioned to provide a complete solution,” Walker says. “This is a perfect fit for CP and their fully integrated, turnkey systems. The CP Group consists of five companies: CP Manufacturing, Krause Manufacturing, MSS, IPS Balers and Advanced MRF. The company engineers, manufactures and installs MRFs for single-stream, construction and demolition, municipal solid waste, commercial and industrial recycling, as well as front-end waste-to-energy systems and eWaste recycling.
