New bucket from JRB is designed to load 13.5-foot trailers.
The JRB brand of Paladin Attachments has introduced its new Roll-Out Bucket for wheel loaders designed to improve the dumping height of any loader to which it is attached, making it easier to clear 13-.5-foot haul trailers. JRB says the bucket thus “significantly increases the productivity of single-side filling operations.”
The Roll-Out Bucket from JRB, Akron, Ohio, is intended for use at recycling centers, transfer stations, landfills or anywhere increased dump height and accurate load placement is required, the company says. The new device uses twin dual-cushioned cylinders to tip the bucket on its edge, increasing the working dump height of the bucket. These same cylinders also provide smooth operation and reduce the impact of the bucket on both the machine and the coupler, says JRB.
The Roll-Out Bucket, the newest addition to JRB’s line of attachments and couplers, is available in either quick-coupler or pin-on attachment styles and includes jumper hoses.
The bucket model is available in sizes ranging from 4 to 7 cubic-yard capacities in half-yard increments. Additional features touted by JRB include:
- Carriage arms positioned on the outer shell of the bucket to add stability and prevent twisting, providing a large, open floor surface that will allow for maximum material collection and complete dumping;
- A single-radius shell design for maximum material roll and optimal fill rates;
- Sloped cylinder housings designed to virtually eliminate the compaction of material in the pockets, allowing for maximum material collection and complete dumping; and
- Integrated mesh viewing panels designed to give the operator better load visibility.
